Pinkie Pie is one of Elsa's pups, born here at Windsong Ranch. From the beginning, Pinkie Pie has been one of the largest pups in her litter and is expected to weigh at least 80 LBs as an adult, possibly more. She is very adventurous and playful and has no fear.  She does love to cuddle, though.  Pinkie Pie gets along well with other dogs and puppies, and is being raised around our livestock.

We believe that Elsa is a Great Pyrenees/Akbash, and we also believe that there were at least two different sires to this litter of puppies. Pinkie Pie's dad is most likely either a Great Pyrenees/Akbash or a Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd.  We rescued Elsa and 20 other dogs and puppies after a backyard breeder in Arizona was shut down by local officials. Arizona rescue organizations stepped up to take in 50+ small breed dogs, but all of the large/giant breed dogs were brought to Texas.
