If Bluebonnet Animal Rescue Network agrees to accept the dog named and described above into rescue, then the owner agrees that ownership will be transferred and relinquished from the responsibility and control of the current owner named above to Bluebonnet Animal Rescue Network. The current owner assures Bluebonnet Animal Rescue Network that the dog has never bitten or nipped a person, including a child, and that all behavioral information has been fully disclosed in this form. Bluebonnet Animal Rescue Network reserves the right to hold the current owner responsible for any liability in connection with this dog, if a human bite or history of dog aggression was not disclosed in this form.
Once a new home has been found for the dog, Bluebonnet Animal Rescue Network will make every effort to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all parties involved in this transfer. Bluebonnet Animal Rescue Network will (1) not release the name of the dog’s former owner to the new owner and (2) not release the name of the dog’s new owner to the former owner. If such information comes to light, the former owner releases Bluebonnet Animal Rescue Network from any and all liability that could result from awareness of this information.
